About Claudia Gama Rojas
I'm an Executive Career & Leadership Advisor with a passion for helping professionals at every stage—from college students landing their first internship to C-suite executives navigating high-stakes transitions—unlock their full potential and achieve meaningful career success.
Over the past 5+ years, I've had the privilege of guiding leaders and emerging professionals across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe through career-defining moments. My approach combines the strategic rigor of executive search with the transformational power of ICF-certified coaching.

My Journey
My career has taken me from banking and corporate accounts management to education leadership and, ultimately, to executive search and coaching—a path that gave me unique insight into what it takes to succeed in today's competitive career landscape.
I spent nearly a decade at Colegio Nueva Granada in Bogotá, where I led human resources restructuring, designed professional development programs, and helped build organizational excellence. This experience taught me the importance of talent development, strategic positioning, and creating environments where people thrive.
My transition into executive search with firms like AMROP TOP Management (now Heidrick & Struggles) and MRI Network Andina deepened my understanding of what top organizations look for in leaders—and what separates candidates who get hired from those who don't. I learned to identify leadership readiness, evaluate executive potential, and match talent with opportunity.
In 2017, I founded Claudia Gama Coaching & Consulting to bring all this experience directly to individuals. That same year, recognizing a critical need in the education sector, I also founded Talent@EDU, a specialized consultancy that supports educational institutions with their talent acquisition processes. Through Talent@EDU, I help schools and universities across Latin America and the U.S. attract, recruit, and retain exceptional educators and leaders—applying the same strategic approach to institutional talent challenges that I bring to individual coaching.
Today, I coach clients ranging from college students seeking summer internships to mid-career professionals planning their next strategic move. Whether you're in New York, Bogotá, or Madrid, I help you craft your narrative, build your brand, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

I'm based in New York City and work with clients globally. I'm passionate about education, cross-cultural connection, and helping people find work that aligns with their purpose.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me spending time with my family, cooking, exploring New York's amazing restaurant and coffee shop scene, catching Broadway shows, or connecting with my international community.
