Leadership & Talent Consulting

Developing the leaders you have. Finding the ones you need.

Support for the people who carry your organization

Three ways I work with schools, companies, and institutions, each grounded in the same executive search perspective.

Leadership Coaching

Individual and team coaching for the leaders you are investing in.

Coaching engagements for emerging leaders, new managers, directors, and executives, built around the leader, their team, and the organizational context they operate in. Programs can support a single executive or run across a leadership cohort.

  • Individual executive and leadership coaching
  • Support for newly promoted and high-potential leaders
  • Cohort programs for leadership teams
  • Coaching delivered in English or Spanish

Leadership Assessments

Objective data to anchor development conversations.

Assessment on its own produces a report. Paired with coaching, it produces change. I use assessment as the starting point of a development conversation, then coach against what it surfaces.

  • Profile XT
  • 360° Feedback
  • Debrief sessions with the leader and, where useful, their manager
  • Development planning built from the results

Outplacement

High-touch support for departing employees, not a standardized package.

Most corporate outplacement hands people a portal and a template. I work with departing employees the way I work with any coaching client: individually, on their situation, for as long as the transition takes. It protects the person, and it protects your reputation as an employer.

  • One-on-one coaching through the full transition
  • Positioning, résumé, LinkedIn, and search strategy
  • Interview preparation and offer evaluation
  • Available in English or Spanish

Talent@EDU

Executive Search for Education

Through Talent@EDU, I partner with schools and educational organizations to identify and assess exceptional academic and administrative leaders.

Search work is where I learned how organizations really evaluate people. It is the same lens I bring to every coaching engagement.

The process

01

Define the role

Understanding the school's context, culture, and what this leader genuinely needs to succeed there.

02

Identify candidates

A targeted search across academic and administrative leadership networks in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe.

03

Assess in depth

Structured interviews and assessment tools that evaluate capability, leadership style, and cultural fit.

04

Support the decision

Presenting a considered shortlist, then staying close through final interviews, references, and the offer.
